Purim Celebration

Monday evening, March 9, 7 - 9:30 pm
Lutheran Church

Plan join us to celebrate the holiday. Following a Ma’ariv service, there will be a Megillah reading, dancing to the music of our Klezmer band, and a half hour of "open mike" entertainment featuring original songs, poems & short skits provided by talented volunteers (you) before a costumed audience (your haverim). Refreshments provided. We'll collect for Tzedakah. Feel free to invite guests, especially those who may be looking for a new home.

Lauren and Bill Gabovitch to be
Honored by Synagogue Council

The Synagogue Council of Massachusetts will be presenting the K'lal Yisrael award to Lauren and Bill at the SCM Annual Meeting, May 14th at Temple Shir Tikvah in Wayland. The award is presented to individuals who exemplify the spirit of K'lal Yisrael and the appreciation of religious diversity. Members of Shir Hadash can join in honoring Lauren and Bill and support the efforts of the Council by attending the Annual Meeting and by sponsoring a message in the Tribute Book.
